💪 Your role
As an Account Executive you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the first touchpoint to the demo to the closing stage. You collaborate closely with our founders, AEs, and SDRs and play a key role in shaping our GTM motion.
Your core responsibilities
🔥 Pipeline building. You build part of your pipeline yourself through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach, supported one on one by our SDRs.
🤝 Qualification and discovery. You identify pain points, understand the buying centre, and guide prospects confidently through their buying journey.
💡 Tailored demos. You present our platform in a personalised way and show the measurable impact customers can achieve with Elephant.
📝 Proposal creation. You develop tailored proposals that clearly link ROI to customer needs.
🎤 Events and fairs. You represent Elephant at industry events and generate high quality leads.
📣 Outbound campaigns. You manage existing outbound sequences and develop new strategies together with our SDR team.
🔍 Market and segment analysis. You identify new segments, use cases, and opportunities and actively bring them into the team.
⚙️ GTM development. You test new approaches, improve processes, and help shape our sales playbook.
🧠 What you bring
One to three years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or a similar sales aligned role.
Passion for cold outreach and a proven track record in full cycle closing.
Ideally experience in HR tech and or selling to the German Mittelstand.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex topics clearly, empathetically, and concisely.
German at C2 level and English at least B2 in spoken and written form.
A structured, self motivated working style and the desire to grow in a dynamic startup.
An ownership mindset. You want to shape things, take responsibility, and see results.
High proactivity and problem solving skills.
Ideally you visit our office in Berlin or Hamburg at least once a month.
