Our project: AI-supported training for the working world of tomorrow

Elephant Technologies GmbH is developing an AI platform that enables companies to automatically create, update and provide learning content from internal documents - interactively, in multiple languages and on mobile devices. This makes training for employees, especially “deskless workers” such as installers or service personnel, up to 95% more efficient. As part of the funded project, we are researching and developing a novel, feedback-enabled AI system that processes multimodal content (text & image) and continuously improves based on user feedback. This will enable companies to prepare their workforce for new technologies more quickly and in a more targeted manner - e.g. in the field of renewable energies.
