🎯 Your role

For our team we are looking for an experienced SDR or BDR who can take our sales pipeline to a new level. In this role you will play a key part in acquiring new customers and therefore directly contribute to the company’s success. You will work in an agile startup environment with the chance to actively build and further develop our go to market function.

💪🏼 Your responsibilities

  • 📞 You contact warm and cold potential customers through inbound and outbound outreach.

  • 💬 You speak with new prospects and excite them about our solution and its use cases.

  • ✏️ You create lead lists and new outbound campaigns, especially email and LinkedIn.

  • 📣 You manage and improve our ongoing outbound campaigns.

  • 🔎 You identify and qualify new customer segments and understand their challenges and needs.

  • 📈 You analyse the market continuously and identify new business opportunities.

  • 💅 You refine our GTM strategy together with us.

  • ⚙️ You develop new sales strategies with us and implement them independently.

  • 🎤 You participate in fairs and events to acquire new leads.

🧠 What you bring

  • One to three years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.

  • Independent, proactive work style and strong goal orientation.

  • Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and enthusiasm.

  • Very good German and English skills.

  • High motivation for our mission and for working in a young, agile company.
