🎯 Your role

We are looking for an experienced marketing person who can build our go to market motion, think across channels, and knows how to take things from zero to one.
As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for building and scaling our marketing activities. From strategic foundation to hands on execution.
You combine analytical thinking with an appetite for experimentation and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
You work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive Elephant’s growth holistically.

💪🏼 Your responsibilities

  • Build marketing from zero point one to one, including positioning, funnel, and channels.

  • Performance marketing with an agency partner, including paid search and social, especially Google and LinkedIn ads.

  • Content marketing across blog, newsletter, case studies, and thought leadership, especially on LinkedIn.

  • SEO and GEO together with an agency to increase visibility, generate traffic, and build conversion focused content.

  • Trade fairs and in real life marketing, including planning and running industry events, roundtables, and meetups.

  • Community engagement within relevant industry associations.

  • Design, test, and optimise reseller and referral programmes.

  • Manage reviews such as OMR Reviews and build trust within the target audience.

  • Reporting and analytics, evaluating channel performance, ROI, and lead quality.

🧠 What you bring

  • Two or more years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally from early stage to scale up.

  • Experience in building and scaling marketing channels.

  • A data driven approach, systematic testing, and decision making based on impact.

  • The ability to think strategically and execute operationally, from ad copy to CRM setup.

  • A collaborative approach with Sales and Customer Success to make GTM strategies take off.

  • A love for clarity, speed, and ownership.

  • A hands on mindset, curiosity, and comfort working cross functionally.

  • Fluency in German and English.
