🪩 About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to help design and refine experiences across the Elephant platform — including our mobile app, admin hub, and Coursebuilder.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from research and concept to polished, production-ready interfaces.

• Talk directly with frontline workers and operations leaders to understand their needs and translate them into features and product strategies that create real value.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to define the roadmap, align on priorities, and deliver high-quality work quickly.

• Lead and evolve our atomic Figma design system for scalability and consistency.

• Navigate ambiguity and help define the problem space before jumping into solutions.

• Contribute to a collaborative design culture that values speed, craftsmanship, and iteration.

🏐 Who You Are

• You’ve designed and shipped complex, high-impact products, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.

• You’re comfortable with ambiguity and can lead design efforts from early discovery through implementation.

• You can zoom out to systems and strategy, then zoom in to pixel-level detail.

• You communicate clearly and proactively — visually and verbally.

• You’re collaborative, curious, and energized by fast-paced, mission-driven work.

• You’re based in, or willing to relocate to, Berlin.

🎾 Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience.

• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, usability, and visual craft.

• Experience with B2B, AI-powered, or complex technical products.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in technical domains.

• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with modern design systems and prototyping tools.
