Hello from the Elephant Team!
We have lots of exciting features in store for you, including: Giphy integration, the ability to (finally) create your own tags, and email notifications.
🏃♀️ More movement for your courses: Giphy Integration
In addition to stock photos from Freepik and Pexels, GIFs from Giphy can now also be selected. Simply click on "Add image" and the AI will select suitable suggestions. Not satisfied? The entire Giphy library can be easily searched using the search bar.
✔️ Tag management: Create tags yourself!
No more asking support 😮💨: From now on, owners of the highest-level teams can create and rename tags themselves in the settings.

👬 ➡️ Team management: Move your teams yourself 🚚
This was also a frequently asked question: Previously, it was difficult to hang a team elsewhere in Elephant. Now, owners of the highest team can go to the team settings and simply move teams by drag and drop.

What should we write about next?

💌 No push no more?: Email notifications
Elephant offers automatic push notifications – e.g. when a course has been assigned, or to motivate users to learn. This also works on desktop computers via browser notifications. However, these are sometimes not enabled (or muted 🙂↔️).
For teams that mainly communicate via email, this can now be specified in the settings – all notifications will then be delivered by email. Good to know: The setting applies to specific teams and is inherited by sub-teams – unless they override it.

🤖 AI-Assistant: Now on the home screen
The AI Assistant has been moved from the Wiki tab to the start screen, making it even easier for users to access.

🎉✨ Secure and compliant with data protection regulations: No more dry GDPR trainings
✨ We make data protection interactive! Together with UNVERZAGT Rechtsanwälte, we have developed a course featuring real-life cases, small challenges and modules that are fun and memorable.
