Hello dear Elephant users!
We have some great things for you: public links, course versioning, and a help center!
🌍 Learning without borders: Share courses with public links
Until now, a learner needs an account to take Elephant courses. Makes sense, right? After all, you want to see the course progress and control exactly who can access the courses.
But there is a more flexible option: Maybe you don't know the email addresses of your course participants yet. Or maybe you want to make the course accessible via a QR code to people who you can't or don't want to create as users in Elephant in advance.
The "Public Link" feature now makes this possible: when activated, anyone with the link can complete the course – with or without an Elephant account. For users without an account, we record the number of course completions.
🚩 Only 100 course completions are possible per course—then the link is automatically deactivated. Feel free to contact our Customer Success Team if you need more leeway.
✔️ Back to the future: Course versioning
Many courses are constantly being improved – new content, better wording, a fresh look. But what if you want to see what the course looked like before, or undo a revision?
With the new course versioning feature, this is now very easy: every 5 minutes, we automatically save a new version that you can restore or compare at any time.
This is particularly useful if you work on courses together or regularly revise content. No more chaos, no more lost versions – everything remains traceable, without the need for manual saving.
💬 New Help Center: Quick support & a direct line to the team
Our Help Center has been completely redesigned – it's clear, up-to-date, and full of answers to the most frequently asked questions about Elephant 🎉.
You can get help right away via Elephant Support Chat: it's fast, easy, and available exactly when you need it. If you need further assistance, just let us know in the chat and you'll be forwarded directly to our support team.
Want to report a bug? With our new ticket system, you can keep track of your bug reports at all times. Simply fill out the ticket, attach files if possible, and keep an eye on the processing status. You will be notified when your ticket has been resolved ✨.
