We have many exciting features and improvements for you. Among other things, you can now create courses from videos and websites. Users can now sign in with only their phone number. And we released our Content Hub. 👀
📞 Elephant calling: Log in with your phone number
Your blue collar workforce or your subcontractors don't have an email address yet? No problem: It is now super easy to sign into the Elephant app with only a phone number – and no need to remember a password.
Remember to add the phone number first in the Hub. If you already use our HR integration, you can lean back: Phone numbers will be imported automatically when users are created or updated in your HR system.
📄📄📄 More supported filetypes: Generate courses from videos and websites!
Last time we reported that the Coursebuilder can generate from multiple documents at once. Now we added support for videos and websites.
The AI will also choose suitable screenshots and clips from the videos and include them in the course.

Courses can be re-assigned to users who already completed them
When a certificates expires, the associated course is automatically re-assigned
When creating a team with the “Assign parent content”checkbox, wiki spaces are also assigned to that team
XLSM files are supported in the wiki (excel with macros)
Image localization for page modules is more intuitive
Learner search / batch editing works better: When searching for learners, the table view will narrow down to the matches, making it possible to select the learners for batch actions
You can search for learners with their email address
Improved desktop version of the app, for example
Question and page modules adapt better to desktop
Scrollbars are more prominent
Video module UX in the app is improved
Attachments of confluence docs (e.g. embedded pdf) will be imported in our wiki
Upload and download of big files in the wiki is more reliable
.tiff images are supported in the Hub
Deprecation alert 🪫: We removed the shorten lesson / module copilot action in the Coursebuilder. We'll soon ship much more powerful AI features – sneek peek here.
