🎯 Your role
You are the engine of our pipeline: you identify the right companies, find the right contacts and turn cold outreach into qualified meetings for our AEs. Your success isn't measured in activity but in quality: meetings that become real opportunities.
Because honesty wins: our target group is the German Mittelstand and industry — not digital-native early adopters. That means: phone first, gatekeepers, decision-makers who are hard to reach, and persuasion with people who are still sceptical about AI. What you'll do
- 📞 You contact warm & cold prospects (in- & outbound) — calling first, complemented by email, LinkedIn and video.
- 🔎 You identify and qualify new customer segments and understand their challenges and needs.
- ✏️ You build your own lead lists and new outbound campaigns — and continuously improve the running ones.
- 💬 You run first conversations, get decision-makers excited about our solution and hand cleanly qualified meetings to the AEs.
- 📈 You continuously analyse the market and identify new business opportunities.
- ⚙️ You develop new sales strategies together with us, test them independently and scale what works.
- 💅 You help refine our GTM strategy.
- 🎤 You attend trade fairs and events to acquire new leads.
🧠 What you bring
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in outbound.
- True outbound DNA: you pick up the phone yourself, every day, without anyone telling you to — and get better instead of tired.
- Results you can show: meetings booked, conversion to opportunities, target attainment. We will ask specifically.
- Tech & AI affinity: you use AI tools in your own workflow as a matter of course and want to understand what we sell — not just memorise the pitch.
- Ownership & early-stage mentality: no finished playbook, no fixed structures — that's exactly what you want. You test, measure, discard and don't need anyone telling you what to do.
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and infectious enthusiasm.
- Business-fluent German, very good English.
