From a single bar to a Frontline Excellence platform
The idea started — as so often — with a simple problem. Maurice was documenting processes in his bar in St. Pauli to streamline daily operations and make onboarding new team members easier. But how do you get that knowledge to team members so it actually gets used?
The answer wasn’t in more documentation, it was in better access. Together with Melchior, who was building mobile apps for enterprises, and Niklas, who worked at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, the idea became real.
Out of those shared ideas and skill sets, a new kind of wiki was born: Elephant, an AI-powered platform that brings knowledge straight into the daily flow of work. Automatic, playful, not traditional training.
