The 160 to 170 volunteers in the disaster response division of the German Red Cross (DRK) in Peine must be regularly trained, instructed, and kept informed, because in this field, any gap in knowledge can have serious consequences. Until now, digital training has often remained stuck in the theoretical stage: there was a lack of time, capacity, and a simple way to repeatedly present learning content in a pedagogically sound manner.
