Elephant Company has released several significant updates for July 2025, expanding platform capabilities and accessibility options for frontline teams.
📞 Elephant calling: Log in with your phone number
Users can now authenticate using only a phone number without requiring an email address or password. This feature simplifies access for blue-collar workers and subcontractors. Phone numbers can be managed through the Hub, and existing HR integrations automatically import phone numbers during user creation and updates.

The Coursebuilder now supports creating courses from videos and websites in addition to documents. The AI automatically selects relevant screenshots and video clips for inclusion in generated courses.
