Challenge
DEKRA wanted to drastically shorten course development time and involve subject matter experts without an L&D background. At the same time, the content had to meet high quality standards, engage learners through playful interactions and attractive learning modules, be understandable for diverse teams worldwide, and ensure consistent visual and content standards across all courses.
Solution
DEKRA uses Elephant's AI Coursebuilder to automatically generate interactive learning content from existing materials. AI powered translation allows content to be translated quickly and precisely into more than 95 languages. A DEKRA specific glossary ensures consistent terminology, while interactive, playful elements make the learning experience visually engaging.
Result
With Elephant, DEKRA achieved enormous time savings in course development. Within just a few weeks, 5 courses were created in over 30 languages, with around 100 content creators and translators collaborating on the project.
