Challenge

The Enpal Academy trains electricians from many different language backgrounds. Theoretical content used to require lengthy in-person sessions — time that should really go into hands-on practice.

Solution

With Elephant, theoretical content is delivered digitally in multiple languages. Apprentices work through it on their own, in their language, before they get to the practical part.

Result

Less theory in the classroom, more practice on the floor. All participants come in with the same level of knowledge, regardless of their native language.
